And this is the part most people miss: In lab experiments using cancer cell lines like HeLa and U2OS cells, the treatment significantly reduced TERRA levels, effectively slowing down the growth of the cancer cells. This is a huge step forward in cancer research.

Instead of primarily targeting proteins (as most current drugs do), this approach focuses on RNA, the crucial messenger that controls protein production.
