Registration Application Periods for the 2024/2025 School Year

Standard Registration Period:

1 March 2024: Registration Opens

30 June 2024: Registration Closes

Late Application Period:

1 July 2024 to 31 January 2025

Applications received outside the Standard Registration Period, will be considered late applications. These will be dealt with once all standard registration applications are processed. These will also be subject to space availability and delays in processing should be expected.

Before starting the Registration form below, please read the guidelines and make sure you have the following information and documents ready as they will be required when completing the form. Documents can be uploaded in the following formats: pdf, doc, docx, jpg, jpeg, png, gif. Be sure to have these ready before starting the form below.

  • Birth/Adoption Certificate (Long Version)
  • Immunization Records (including cover page with child’s name)
  • Proof of Immigration Status: WORC Acknowledgement Letter (Caymanian), Caymanian Status Letter/Certificate, Government Issued Documents for Refugees/Asylum Seekers, RERC, Adoption Records, Civil Servant Contract, Permanent Residency Letter/Certificate, Work Permit. Relevant documents must note child as a dependent. Other supporting documents may be considered.
  • Two different documents which provide proof of address: Parents’/Guardians’ Government ID, Utility Bill, Vehicle Log Book, Job Letter, Lease Agreement.
    • Parent Affidavit of Residency: To be completed if residence and utility bills are not in parents’/guardians’ names.
  • Photo identification for each parent/guardian – Must be a valid Government issued photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, or Voter ID)
  • Previous school report or transcript (Primary/Secondary: Years 1-11)
  • Parental Custody or Guardianship: Where relevant, please upload stamped and sealed Court documents
  • Educational Psychologist Assessment: This is only required if your child has been assessed and or identified as having special educational needs or a disability.
  • Parental Consent Letter: Where applicable, if the secondary parent/guardian is not able to sign the Registration Form they will need to download and complete the consent letter and email it to edu.registration@gov.ky, along with a copy of their photo ID.

Before starting the form below please make sure you have the following information and documents ready as they will be required before completing the form.   • Photo Identification for Each Parent – Must be a valid Government Issues photo ID, Drivers License, Passport, or Voter ID
  • Court order showing parent / guardian identified and custody status.
  • Written statement for “Reason for Transfer Request”
  • Educational Psychologist Assessment – This is only required if your child has been assessed and or identified as having special educational needs or a disability.
  • Proof of Immigration Status – Caymanian Status Letter/Certificate for child, Permanent Residency Letter/Certificate or Civil Servant Contract noting child as a dependent. Other supporting documents may be considered.
  • Non – Caymanian students: Proof of the student’s legal resident status confirmed by WORC and child’s passport.

  • Homeschool Teachers qualifications
  • Copy of the Homeshooling program
  • TimeTable for homeschooling program
  • Students most recent report card
  • Proof of Immigration Status – Caymanian Status Letter/Certificate, Permanent Residency Letter/Certificate or Civil Servant Contract noting child as a dependent. Other supporting documents may be considered.
  • Educational Psychologist Assessment – This is only required if your child has been assessed and or identified as having special educational needs or a disability.
  • Photo Identification for Each Parent – Must be a valid Government Issues photo ID, Drivers License, Passport, or Voter ID
  • Parental Responsibility – Please upload stamped and sealed Court documents showing has parental responsibility
  • Proof of Relationship to Student – Birth or Adoption Certificate or Court Order.
  • Non – Caymanian students: Proof of the student’s legal resident status confirmed by WORC and child’s passport

Once approval has been granted you will need to formally withdraw from your current school. Please use this form for Government school withdraws
